Walking away with just a few welts instead of major bruises like the ones you might get in paintball, getting hit by airsoft bbs doesn't hurt as much as paintball. If you are asking does airsoft hurt, it’s probably because you haven't played it. If you are looking to play it, you might want to know which places are best to avoid (if you can) to get hit—or at least put extra padding on!The places that tend to hurt the most— where you should probably cover and layer up —are the crotch area, the insides of the arms and legs, the neck, and the ribs or side of your torso. If you also have a body that doesn't have much muscle or fat tissue, you might want to prepare yourself for what’s about to come! The Three Factors That Can Influence How Much It Hurts Are: The Shooter’s Range:If you are targeted ranging in a short distance from the shooter, then the less ground the bb has to cover before it makes contact with your body. If there is less distance, that means the bb hasn't lost much energy from when it was first shout out of the gate.
![]()
The further you are away from the shooter, the less energy the bb will have when it makes contact. The Clothes You’re Wearing:Padding on the layers before you play, especially if you are a newbie, might be in your best benefit. Although you will still feel it—and you should if you need to know when you're hit—the layers will absorb the impact. If you really are thinking of keeping yourself protected, you can also wear a full plate carrier or thick military style clothes. Not only will this make you look more official, it will also help keep you protected! The BB’s Weight:This is where the science comes in. The heavier the pellet is when it is being ricocheted through the air—the harder the shot will be.
How Far Do Airsoft Guns Shoot
As mentioned before, when comparing with the paintball, the bb weighs much less—however, if you are comparing one bb to another, the one that is heavier will have a heavier projectile, carry much more energy, and hit harder, even if it is shot at the same speed. These are the main three factors that can affect how bad it hurts when you get hit by an airsoft bb. However, there are also other things that may come into play when predicting the sting:The Velocity: The field you're playing on can and probably does have a limit of fps speed that your airsoft gun should be set to.
![]()
However, when comparing the pain of getting hit by a 320 fps shot from an airsoft gun to getting hit by a 500 fps shot—you probably know which one will hurt more. The Angle of Impact and Spin:Although you might not think that this matters, how deep or in which direction it was traveling matters upon impact. Take getting hit in the funny bone as an example—although this would be pretty hard to do, it definitely proves that the angle and exact location of where you were hit can make a huge difference. The Temperature of the Playing Field:Just like with any sport, if it’s cold outside and a ball gets ricocheted off of your thigh, it’s going to hurt a lot more than if it was warm and sunny outside.
Same goes for the shot of an airsoft gun.The Material of the BB:Whether your opponent is shooting at you with metallic or conventional polymer pellets can make a huge difference when it makes impact.YOUR Age:Although they may be extremely tough kids, a child has, usually, less pain tolerance than an adult. Therefore, the age of the recipient of the shot can definitely make a difference in how bad it hurts or not.Getting hit while you're playing is just a part of the game! If you're playing it correctly, adhering to the, following the fps requirements, trying not to aim for the sensitive areas, and your opponents are doing the same—feeling pain when you're getting hit isn't something you should be particularly worried about. If you’re new to the game and getting hit and hurt is something that concerns you, layer up! Look into the specialized, protective clothing you can wear while you play to minimize the impact and help cushion the hit. This may make you feel a lot more comfortable while you're playing and ease the worry.
I have had this gun for over two years now and it is in perfect condition! My two hundred dollar AK47 is only a year old and is practically broken. I have won countless airsoft wars with this pistol and I would recommend it to airsofters of any kind.
I decided I liked it so much that i wanted to buy another one. Just so you know-TANGFOLIO MAGS DO NOT FIT IN THIS GUN DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND BUY THEM and pay the extra five dollars for the black one it's worth it!Pros:realistic feelgreat rangeGreat sights280-350 fpsLast wicked longHigh-capacity magComes with two paper targetsCons:ABS Plastic (do I care?)Non-blowback-which should annoy people who enjoy dual wielding pistols.:(. This gun was no disappointment. I have a few different pistols and I generally go for more historically significant models but something about this one appealed to me. When I received it I was impressed by the weight, size, the grip (which is very well made), and the functional features present.
Most of these spring pistols have the fake switches and such on the side to look like the real thing but they all serve a purpose on this gun. Whether or not that is important to others, I personally like small details so I found it interesting.Beyond those qualities, the thing actually shoots far and straight. Definitely out-shoots most of its peers. I had guys with gas pistols lusting over it. It is totally worth the money. I'm very pleased with the C31 air pistol. It has a very nice feel to it, it works very smoothly, and it's reasonably accurate.
Loading the clips is time consuming and a bit difficult, so extra clips are a must if you want to shoot quickly.Although it is not very powerful, it could cause serious injury if it is mistreated or aimed at something vulnerable. Treat is as you would a firearm and you will enjoy being able to shoot as quickly as you can pull the trigger. It is good for scaring away pesky critters (without killing them), and it's a good way to teach someone how to safely handle a gun. So far I have found that the pistol holds its charge quite well. After loading the CO2 cartridge and doing a little shooting, it still shoots very respectably several weeks later. It LOOKS real!
Keyword 'looks' though. It feels like plastic, but still resembles the attributes of a real gun. I haven't honsetly tried any BB's in this gun. The magazine for the BBs seems limited, Could probably only shoot 10-20 at a time. I bought this gun for a halloween part and it added a great effect to the party.
I'm also using this gun as a prop in my videos for college. It has a neat safety button on the right side (F-S) for Fire to Safety and it also has a magazine release button on the left side. It releases the magazine like a real pistol will. It's not a cheap flimsy gun. If you were to pistol whip someone with it, it would hurt haha. But you can tell it's not so real when you get up and close. I have gone shooting quite a bit in my life, and like how a real pistol feels, the weight, the durability, and the being able to feel what is going on when you cock it and pull the trigger. This gun delivers all those things in a fairly safe way.
I got it to target practice and mess around with friends, and it exceeded all my expectations. It is low cost, and fantastic quality, it delivers and unparalleled shot (for its price range), being both extremely accurate and powerful. Be careful though, you can easily get hurt or hurt someone else because it does shoot hard. Just like any other weapon, it is really fun if used properly, but has the potential to be very bad. I was a little worried when I ordered the gun because it said it would arrive between May 11-May 16 and 3 Days after I placed the order on May 5th Thursday I was not notified by e-mail that the gun has been shipped. The very next morning I opened my front door and the package was right there May 9th! It arrived so fast!
П˜€ and what was funny was that I checked my e-mail a few hours later then I finally got a notification that it was shipped on the very day I got it. Its my first Airsoft Pistol and it shoots really gun and there was not damage to the box or the gun when I opened the package. Thanks Again!
Eset nod32 antivirus 2017 serial number. Ill definitely be looking at more of your Airsoft guns in the future! I got this as a backup pistol, but most of the time I use it as my primary weapon.
It shoots at 400 fps with.20 gram bbs! When you get shot by it, it hurts really bad. A couple times I've made my friends bleed.
You can get the C02 at pretty much any sports store. I would buy an extra mag because it only holds 15 bbs. The best part is the design.
It looks just like the real 1911. It is heavy weight so it feels real also. At $40 it is easly the best buy if your looking for a C02 pistol.I forgot to mention how accurite it is. I can hit a person from 150 ft away! Be sure to check out my reviews for other great airsoft guns!

The Echo1 GAT Airsoft Submachine Gun (SMG) is a quality lightweight assault rifle designed for close quarter skirmish.
With a compact design comes compromise, when you compare the Echo1 to the AK47 or M4’s previously reviewed by AirsoftCore you’ll see the magazine capacity is comparably small at 250 rounds, to combat this 2x magazines have been included. Though this is a durable gun designed for intermediate use, measuring in with a velocity of 330fps when using 0.20g 6mm BBs and some users reporting 360fps, this put the GAT in a strong position. Being a quality, sturdy gun with realistic weight for GAT, the Echo1 has reported to shoot up to 200ft – which for a small tactial assault rifle is respectable.
Once out the box, batteries charged and magazine full, try it with a target and adjust the hop up, else you might find the BB’s curving due to the short barrel. Finally the downside of this airsoft rifle being the batteries are rather hard to get in and out, so whilst the 8.4v NiMH battery is good, it’ll take a little effort to get it out / put back in to charge.
